Refund policy
How to request cancellation or resolve a payment or delivery issue, consistently with the Terms.
Before work begins
Unpaid orders may generally be cancelled unless complimentary work has begun. For a paid order, contact us promptly before performance starts so we can review its status and eligibility under the Terms and applicable law.
After work begins and custom work
Eligibility depends on the approved scope, work completed, unperformed portion and legal rights. A change of mind alone does not mean a conforming deliverable is defective.
Duplicate payments or unusable files
Send the order reference and relevant transaction references for duplicate payments so we can verify amounts received. If a file is unusable, we review replacement, scope adjustment or a remedy for the unperformed portion; do not make another payment before clarifying the status.
Delivery disputes
Describe what differs from the agreed scope. Correction, re-performance or an appropriate refund for the unperformed portion may apply, depending on the case and mandatory rights.
Network fees and contact
